Zensei

a few days ago, i had a chance to talk with my dear friend, sylvia browne.  she is probably the best known psychic in the world today.  having been on the montel williams show for many years, she has helped thousands if not millions of people. in speaking together, i introduced the idea of doing the opening talk at a few of her lectures.  she was extremely generous and kind and said that she would love to have me do this and so the idea was born.  she welcomed me to come to any of the talks she is giving and i feel very blessed by the opportunity to 1) work together with her  2) to have the chance to share with others the things that are the most important to me and 3) to let people know of  ZENsei and the positive effects that come from wearing clothes that are infused with spirituality.

what a huge gift she gave me that day.  i am humbled by her kindness and in awe of the goodness that exudes from her.  she will never know how much i appreciate the opportunity she has given me.   i walk into this without knowing where it will take me.  but simply know when we can just give of ourselves to help others, the world finds ways to help us. 

in my life, the only thing i have ever wanted is to help people.   to love and accept them just as they are.  in being able to share some parts of my life, i am hoping that the success i have had will inspire other to reach for that which they want and that the mistakes i have made will save others from walking into the same places.  for in reality, i think we are all so similar.  we may look different and do different things, but underneath it all, don’t we all want the same thing, to find happiness and avoid suffering.

i truly hope some of you will come to these lectures as i look forward to meeting you and getting the chance to share together with you.

i will introducing my new book of stories and sayings.  i wrote this book as much for myself as for you, for it contains some  of things i most need to remember.  in it’s open at random format, it makes these reminders very accessible.  the book is  called,

“ZEN LIFE”  – An open at random book of guidance

here is a quote from the book that seems so appropriate to me at this moment

“As the roots of a growing tree push up through the ground, the plants and bushes that were once nearby are pushed aside to make room.  Often the way of nature is the way of this world.  When we find our lives are being torn apart, look to see if the roots of a new beginning are growing within.  Make room for that which is coming.”
