Affiliate Program Terms

These rules govern participation in the Zensei Affiliate Program. They exist to protect the integrity of the program, the brand, and the quality of referred traffic. By participating, you agree to the terms below.

Brand integrity

No misleading claims, no impersonation, no bidding on Zensei brand keywords.

Commission model

Approved partners earn 30% on qualified sales. Renewals remain attributed where applicable.

Monthly payouts

Balances are processed monthly, with a €50 minimum threshold before payout.

1. Promotion

  1. Affiliates may promote Zensei on their own websites, newsletters, channels, podcasts, and communities.
  2. Traffic from all countries is accepted. There are no geographic restrictions on lawful marketing activity.
  3. Paid advertising using Zensei brand keywords, including "zensei", "zensei.com", and "zensei edge", is strictly prohibited in any language or format.
  4. Retargeting or remarketing campaigns aimed at users who already visited Zensei do not qualify as valid affiliate traffic.
  5. Websites, landing pages, or social accounts that replicate Zensei design, functionality, name, or domain are prohibited.
  6. Only use discount codes assigned to you directly by Zensei. Do not advertise offers that were not approved.
  7. Cashbacks, rebates, unauthorized discounts, and other monetary incentives are not allowed.
  8. Spam in any form is prohibited, including unsolicited email, mass direct messages, comment spam, and fake reviews.
  9. Self-referrals are prohibited. Purchasing through your own referral link does not qualify for commission.
  10. Each affiliate may operate only one account unless Zensei explicitly approves otherwise.
  11. Do not make income claims, return promises, or statements that position Zensei as financial advice.
  12. All promotional content must be honest. If a claim feels ambiguous, get approval before publishing it.

2. Commissions

  1. Affiliates earn 30% on every qualified sale made through their affiliate link.
  2. For yearly subscriptions, commission applies to the initial payment and each renewal while the customer remains subscribed.
  3. For lifetime purchases, commission is a one-time 30% share of the sale.
  4. If a custom discount code is assigned to you, commission is calculated on the final paid price after discount.
  5. Attribution uses a 90-day cookie window from the referral click.
  6. Commission applies to new customers only. Existing Zensei users are not commissionable referrals.
  7. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from affiliate earnings.
  8. Zensei calculates commissions using its own tracking data and reconciliation process.

3. Payouts

  1. Payouts are processed once per month, within 30 days of the end of the earning period.
  2. The minimum payout threshold is €50. Lower balances roll forward.
  3. Current payout method is bank transfer, including SEPA for European affiliates and international wire where needed.
  4. Affiliates are responsible for supplying accurate payment details.
  5. Affiliates are solely responsible for taxes owed in their country of residence or tax residency.

4. Custom Discount Codes

  1. Discount codes are assigned during onboarding and agreed jointly with Zensei.
  2. Each code is unique to one affiliate and may not be shared with coupon aggregators or resold.
  3. Zensei may modify or revoke discount codes at any time.
  4. Discount codes may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly authorized.

5. Termination

  1. Zensei may terminate an affiliate account or withhold payment if program rules are violated or dishonest tactics are used.
  2. Pending commissions may be forfeited after a serious breach.
  3. Affiliates may leave the program at any time by contacting Zensei. Cleared earnings through the termination date remain payable.

6. Responsibility

  1. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their own promotional activity complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
  2. Zensei is not responsible for tax obligations that apply to affiliates.
  3. Zensei may update these rules at any time, with or without prior notice.
  4. Zensei is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, or outages beyond its control.

7. Personal Data

  1. By joining the program, you agree to the processing of personal data needed to operate it, including contact, payment, and tracking information.
  2. Affiliate personal data is handled in accordance with the Zensei Privacy Policy.
  3. Zensei does not share affiliate data except where necessary for payment processing or legal compliance.
